Mrs. Martha Craig, Principal

Corpus Christi School EvansvilleMrs. Craig graduated from Indiana University and completed her master’s at Indiana State University. Later, she returned to ISU to complete her adminstrator’s degree. Mrs. Craig started teaching at St. James School and was there for one year. She moved to WCCS, as it was called at that time, and taught there for 5 years. Mrs. Craig and her husband owned and operated their own business for 23 years. She also did substitute teaching at most of the Catholic Schools in Evansville for 14 years and taught at Resurrection for 7 years. She became the school principal at Corpus Christi School in 1999.

Mrs. Craig has been married to her husband, Gary, who is also a graduate of IU, over 40 years.  He owns his own insurance company specializing in health benefits. They have been blessed with two sons and two grandsons.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, crafts, refinishing furniture, fishing, cheering on IU sports, and reading.  She loves working with the faculty, staff, children and families at Corpus Christi School.
